Maya Bird Autorig
Ok here is an autorig I wrote with my teammate Vincent Touache when we were working in Luxembourg, the purpose was to rig something like 90 bird-shaped characters, so we worked on this autorig, I wrote the wing creation, face rig creation, spine creation and I wrote the setup UI.Due to confidential matter I won't display the mesh.
This was a really intense job, with several issues / exceptions to handle. I wrote a very large amount of Python lines this time ! This was a great experience and was a good occasion to learn Maya in a professional environment. I had a lot of pleasure to experience in-depth rigging in Maya, and to write the whole thing in Python was nice !
Then what ?!
Then I wrote this rig-UI in order to control the rig, this was a great occasion to learn PyQt !
